Even those who usually avoid reality TV have been drawn into the latest viral sensation, which has taken social media by storm.

The now-iconic phrase comes from a clip from the Spanish reality series La Isla de las Tentaciones, the country’s version of Temptation Island.
The show follows couples as they head to a tropical island, where they are split up and placed in houses filled with tempting singles, testing their loyalty in the most dramatic way possible.
As you’d expect, it’s packed with drama. While the U.S. version wrapped up in 2003, the Spanish adaptation is still going strong, now in its eighth season.
The show thrives on its contestants, and right now, it’s all about José Carlos Montoya. His viral reaction has taken the internet by storm, racking up over 110 million views on X.
A key part of the show involves contestants watching their partners being tempted, or, in some cases, outright unfaithful, while living in separate villas.
So when host Sandra Barneda pulls Montoya aside and leads him away from the resort, he already knows it’s not going to be good news.
For context, earlier in the series, Montoya’s girlfriend, Anita Williams, had to watch him take part in a challenge where he received a lap dance and a strip tease.
Understandably upset, Anita started flirting with another contestant, Manuel, seemingly as payback.
Montoya had already witnessed Anita and Manuel getting cozy in the pool, sharing a passionate kiss and getting handsy. His reaction? Kicking over the iPad he was watching on before collapsing to his knees on the beach.
