The new mom shared her story on the subreddit r/AmITheA**hole, asking if she was wrong to ask her husband to leave the delivery room.
The community was clear: she was completely justified.
At first, the dad seemed supportive. The mom explained she was in a lot of pain, but he was helping her through it, and the midwife was trying to keep her distracted with light conversation during contractions.
Things took a turn when the midwife asked if they were excited for the pregnancy to be over.
The mom honestly said yes, looking forward to the end of a difficult pregnancy.
