During her honeymoon, Aimee Partridge noticed what looked like bruises on her daughter Brogan’s legs, not realizing these were signs of meningitis. After Brogan was mistakenly diagnosed with an eye infection, her condition quickly worsened, leading to the amputation of her left foot to save her life. Although fitted with a prosthetic foot, Brogan experienced severe pain in her remaining leg due to ongoing infection, forcing the family to make the difficult decision to amputate that leg as well. Aimee stresses the importance of recognizing meningitis symptoms early and shares their family’s tough journey to protect Brogan’s health and well-being.
