Man Who Hardly Hit the Gym Did 100 Sit-Ups a Day. The Results Were Shocking

A man who rarely hit the gym took on the challenge of doing 100 sit-ups a day for 30 days and the results were nothing short of impressive.

If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking, “I should really work out more,” but never seem to find the time, maybe it’s time to put your phone down and stop doom-scrolling. You might be surprised at what you can accomplish.

As part of a video by YouTuber Browney, a trio of men took on the challenge, one of whom had little experience with working out, while the other two were far more familiar with fitness.

Enzo, the least experienced of the group, struggled visibly with his first attempt at 100 sit-ups but remained hopeful that his efforts would lead to some abs.

Even gym bro Jorg found the challenge tough at first, proving that knocking out 100 sit-ups a day isn’t as easy as it sounds.

To Enzo’s credit, he was already in decent shape before starting the challenge, but by day two, he was definitely feeling the burn as he pushed through another round of sit-ups.

After just one session, the soreness hit hard, making it difficult for him to sleep. All he could do was push through and hope the pain would eventually subside.

Poor Enzo had a tough time pushing through the challenge, while the more experienced gym-goers handled it with relative ease.

Browney offered him a rest day, but Enzo was determined to see it through without skipping a beat.

By day 12, the pain had started to fade, and completing 100 sit-ups felt much more manageable. At the halfway point, the first signs of a six-pack were beginning to show.

By day 20, he had cut his time in half, completing the sit-ups in just seven minutes, far quicker than when he first started.

In the final days of the challenge, Enzo started feeling like the sit-ups weren’t making much of a difference anymore, a sentiment shared by the other two participants.

It’s worth noting that all three were maintaining a relatively healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet and other forms of exercise, alongside the sit-up challenge.

By the end of the 30 days, Enzo had actually gained just over half a kilogram in muscle mass, despite already being fairly lean when he started.

Reflecting on the experience, he said he’d recommend the challenge and felt he had made real progress, so good for him!
