However, skeptics pointed out that heavy photo manipulation played a major role in her extreme appearance.

Posting under @sahartabar_official, she embraced the spotlight despite her mother’s disapproval. “Cyberspace is an easy way to get noticed, much easier than becoming an actor,” she once said.

However, her fame took a dark turn in October 2019 when Iranian authorities arrested her on charges including blasphemy, inciting violence, and corrupting young people. She was sentenced to ten years in Qarchak Prison, a notoriously harsh facility, sparking outrage over the severity of her punishment.
