Her family confirmed the tragic news on social media, posting a moving tribute: “It is with great sadness we announce that our beautiful daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

In September 2024, she posted, “This is definitely the hardest news I’ve ever received. It’s not easy, but I’m trusting the Lord and pushing forward.”
Her family has announced that a funeral and celebration of her life will be held on May 29.
